At NJS Export, we are committed to providing top-quality sports gear; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your NJS Export account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
